"The lady at the lobby during the daytime was very professional and not the same happened with the second shift, my room was not cleaned and were telling me that it was my fault. Breakfasts were good and ALIX made a difference with her service and attention to details basically constantly helping guests; She provided a very good customer service. Very disappointed with the smell of the room and think that rate is overpriced."
