"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The views from the balcony of my room were amazing - a valley below and a glacier above. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative I had was the number of house flies that were in the breakfast room. They were all over the meat and cheese which formed part of the buffet, which itself was substantial and well presented.. "We loved this hotel! I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Switzerland. We rented an EV car and you’re able to charge it during your stay. Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. The staff was friendly, attentive and willing to share any tips and tricks to help us during our visit. House keeping came in and everyday.
