"Never stayed in a better hotel - the vibes were incredible! It’s such quiet luxury and the staff CANNOT do enough for you! There is no pressure to do anything, it’s calm literally everywhere you go & it never felt busy at all. Breakfast options were amazing & the food when we ate in restaurants was also amazing! We have stayed at Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world, and I can confidently say that The Ritz-Carlton, Tenerife, has once again exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was simply outstanding. We stayed in The Retreat, in a beautiful One-Bedroom Suite with Ocean View, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and professionally by the staff. We were transported by car to the private check-in area, where we were offered refreshing drinks and made to feel incredibly special.
