"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "This cost effective resort was quite with basic room (A/C, bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly. (e.g. water valve was not open when arrived) Great view from the multiple sitting areas and beach."
