"Our stay at the Backyard Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. The experience felt like actually sleeping outside with the chickens. The pod smelled of chicken waste, the sink didn’t drain, and the noise was unbearable—constant chicken noises, roosters crowing, and no peace or quiet to rest. We couldn’t wait to leave. The only saving grace was the staff, who were friendly and helpful, but that does not make up for the dreadful conditions. I would never stay here again. Avoid this place unless...

"Lovely place, quiet to relax after a day of activity. The garden is pretty and the pool is beautiful and a great way to relax after a hot busy day. Had it to myself most of the time. Raquel and Nick were very helpful and lovely people. Raquel was particularly accommodating and helpful with transport and activity bookings. She and the staff even cooked a homemade dinner for the guests one night which was quite nice. The rest of the staff were also friendly and very accommodating. We had a great time there. It was lovely chatting with Raquel and Nick. It’s clear they love their job and it shows in their hotel and staff. Hopefully we can visit again soon. "
