You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 200.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 88 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit)
• A damage deposit of EUR 200 will be collected before check-in.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for in-room wired internet: EUR 20.00 (for 10 hours, rates may vary)
• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 100 per vehicle (roundtrip, maximum occupancy 4)
• Covered self parking fee: EUR 15.00 per day
• Pet fee: EUR 15 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 6:00 PM and midnight
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 15 per night
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 20.0 per night
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 35.0 per night
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 7.9 percent
