"Great downtown location with friendly staff in a very cool building. Parking is a bit of a ripoff at $38/day but I suppose it might be worth it on weekdays. I was there on the weekend and parking is only $5/day with no in/out. We were only in and out a couple of times a day so it would’ve been cheaper to just pay $5 each time. "

"Our room wasn’t quite clean to our expectations.. small black curly hairs were found on the bathroom sink and in the bedding. Dirt build up in all the corners of the room. Surface areas didn’t seem to be cleaned. Walls were quite beat up. Shower was all out of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was ok. "

"Very welcoming at front desk. We stayed 2 nights, no one came in to make the beds or give us fresh towels or take the ones used. Bed mattresses are totally shot, could feel the springs and they the sides, where people sit, worn way down. Room seemed clean but had a slight smokey smell to it. Only seen one staff person when we checked in and out during our stay. She was very nice and kind, asked for new towels & she was very helpful. Would we stay there again, not until they get new mattresses on the beds & some new carpet as well. "

"Staff were great. Room was larger than expected. Beds were more of an oversized double. The room upon entry smelled of deep fryer grease and there were huge stains all over the couch. We didn’t sit on it. Washer and dryer came in handy but they didn’t have soap. Dishes needed to be washed before use. Probably just someone who dropped the ball on housekeeping that day. "
