Not quiet, but very kid friendly. Solo travelers will not like all the commotion or noise. Not really well built buildings at IHG so you hear all your neighbors all night long.

Room was freezing when we got in heat wasn't working in the bathroom at all. Bed had dirty blankets the extra sofa chair was stained and dirty. Bathroom didn't look like it was clean. One positive thing I can say is the staff is very friendly and kind.

Room was very clean, staff friendly. Only disappointment was that breakfast opened at 7 am. We had to leave at 6:30 and although rolls and coffee were available, would have preferred a hot breakfast. 7 am seems a little late for some of the early birds. Everything else was great!
