"We booked this hotel to be able to cook our own meal. When we got in the room there were no frying pans or pots in the room. The knife we were given to use was large and dull. We had to call for the cookware and utensils. When we called for a sharper knife (since the one was so dull that it could not even cut an onion), we waited for an hour and had to go to the customer service desk, and even waited there for 5-10 minutes, only to be given the same large dull knife which was in the room. By the time we got this knife, it was 8pm, too late to make a hot meal and we ended up eating some old Mediterrean bar items we had purchased. So all the preparation and purchasing we made to prepare a meal in the room we rented with a kitchen, was a waste of time. We will never stay at this hotel again. Also, when departing, we had to look outside for a gondola (to carry our luggage). When the handicapped button was pressed to open the power door, it did not function. It was pressed several times and it did not function. This lack of proper maintenance to such an important accessibility feature shows a disregard for those who rely on such a door functioning properly. We will never stay at this hotel again."

"We had a great experience at Club Quarters. The room was small, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable. There were plenty of hangers. The bathroom was great. One of the best parts is the lobby, with a lovely skylight overseeing comfortable chairs. There's free coffee, tea, and seltzer, and on a rainy afternoon, we hung out here for a while. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I wished for a grab bar in the shower and another trash can in the room, but other than that, we were satisfied and are planning to return. "

"The hotel felt old and dirty. Did not know it was pet friendly until I got there. The rooms smelled like dogs."

"Although it was not the fault of any of your staff, the nights in our room were very disturbing. The street traffic next to our room was extremely loud with emergency vehicles and vehicles with loud mufflers. We did not get sufficient sleep during our stay. Another issue was the bathroom shower which poured out too high a volume of water that the tub was quickly overfilled with water during the shower use. I notified the front desk who said they would send a maintenance person to address the problem. I did not see nor was told that anyone had come to repair the issue. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this comment and help any future hotel stay in that room."

"Self parking means “good luck finding a place on the street”. Parking in Philadelphia is atrocious. We circled the block many times before finally finding a spot. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There is no television which disappointed my husband. Guess when we rent a room we assume there will be tv. We will stay again though now we know what to expect. Very convenient to our son and family that lives a few blocks away. "
