"Excellent stay. The location was perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my husband. The room we stayed in was just perfect. Self check in was seamless and easy. I was grateful to Lokal for allowing us an early check in due to my having a migraine when I arrived. I felt very accommodated and will absolutely be back. The room is an entire vibe. The unit is very spacious as well! 05 stars across the board except one issue they say the rooms are soundproof, but the train was right next to our windows and it is super super loud!! "The rooms were very clean and the staff were attentive. Our original room had a leaking ac unit. Once we notified the staff they moved us to another room.
The beds were very comfortable. They changed out the towels every other day without us asking. We stayed for 4 nights. "
"This is my favorite place to stay at when visiting Philadelphia. It’s literally in the heart of everything. The apartment makes you feel at home, it has everything you need… from a washer & dryer in the apartment to a full kitchen with dishes and pots that can be used. It’s just PERFECT !…. I have not 1 complaint. A definite 100 out of 10 !"
"The valet service was not efficient. At arrival and when we checked out. The card system does not work. There should just be a face to face transaction with the ticket so you get your car in order of physically being present at the car garage. "
