The Palazzo offered so much convenience being closely located to the various areas of Alberobello to see the amazing trulli houses. The room that we stayed in was spacious and easily accommodated our young child as well. This was a beautiful place and would happily return.

The room was fantastic and the service was great. We have one major complaint: the room is located right beside a large church and the bells ring non stop all day EVERY 15 minutes. We were thankful we only had one night to listen to the bells and thank goodness we brought our own ear plugs because none were offered and there was no mention of these church bells. Everything else was fabulous. The streets are very charming and safe and the city is totally walkable.

It's located in a charming area and the room is well sound proofed. You can faintly hear the church bells from the room but nothing else. The bed is comfy. I wouldn't book this if you have mobility challenges though.

Location was excellent in the midst of the trulli village center. Everything was in close walking distance. The only real drawback to the stay was no hot water on our first morning due to some malfunction. Brr, that was a cold shower. The shower set up does not provide any place to put your soap or shampoo other than on the shower floor. We also had some loss of wifi which prevented unlocking the entry door. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Fantastic unique way to experience Alberobello. The hotel restaurant is one of the best restaurants in town. The staff are extremely friendly and treats you like family.

Modern accomodation in an old town centre, excellent facilities and luxurious setting. Great assistance and welcome from experienced staff. Alberobello is well worth visiting and is a short drive from other locations: good place to stay for multiple days.

One woman at the desk was reasonably friendly and helpful. However, a man at the desk did not seem to care at all about the problems we had with the insufficient hot water in the shower. The one key provided for the room was not sufficient and made leaving without my wife problematic. They should make breakfast more easily available and included. Since cars were not allowed in the area of the unit, this made hauling bags in and out difficult, especially after access was cut off completely when we were leaving.

La Guest House e' molto carina. In una posizione ottimale per visitare Alberobello e per pranzare/cenare. Completo silenzio durante la notte pero' fate attenzione che siete dietro la chiesa quindi il mattino le campane potrebbero svegliarvi se non siete abituati. Il servizio e' stato ottimo, comunicazioni velocissime e sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre mille domande.

Very nice charming apartment in the pedestrian part of the town, you will need to park your car within 5-10 min of walking and carrying all of your suitcases. Parking are not free. Reception are working only in the morning and then reopen at 3 pm, so arrange your arrival in advance.

O lugar é incrível, muito bem localizado. Apartamento novo, super bem decorado e todo equipado. Muito confortável, banheiro grande e cozinha completa. Não tem estacionamento mas foi muito fácil achar vaga na rua. Nosso anfitrião, Valério, foi muito simpático e acolhedor. E fala português!
