"Everythibg was perfect , the housekeepers clean our room daily, a lot of food in every meal , the location is perfect (directly on the beach ) , the pool was clean and perfect , the Area very quit and silent . The only thing that is not ok is the fact that they worked on mentanace of a room NexT to our room 2 days between 13-16 o clock wich I was unable to sleep , but I stayed at the pool ☺️ The staff amazing."

"The Albena resort is wonderful place - vast sandy beach, shallow warm water and clean resort streets and parks. Lots of green trees to keep your from the hot sun. "I wouldn't go back to this hotel, because it wasn't well maintained. None of the public areas looked clean, you could see cobwebs on the stairs as well as the inside the rooms. Staff at the reception desk had no knowledge whatsoever. The only positive things was the location. "

"Rooms are not cleaned (maybe once a week) Rooms are very small and old facilities are not good. At first day my wife was locke in shower and couldn't get out and since there is no emergency call buzzer or phone in shower she needed ask help from other guests. At breakfast you need to wait for about 15 minutes in line in order to get puncakes and food itself was very low quality. Pool is relatevly good and not very crowded. "We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent."
