"Very nice hotel , close to everything, rooms were super nice , very clean ,AC worked well , good water pressure in shower and staff super accommodating and friendly
Parking is off-site across the street from hotel it did make me a little concerned however we had no issues or problems with our vehicle
We had a very nice stay here !"
"The room was very noisy at night. The sound insulation is poor, so I could clearly hear the neighbors talking and laughing. There was also noise from homeless people outside after midnight, making it difficult to sleep.
The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was old and sagging. My whole body sank into it, and I woke up feeling sore.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, likely because there was no exhaust fan or proper ventilation.
The building is quite old, and the air conditioner was very noisy. I had to turn it off at night, which made the room uncomfortable."
"The staff was phenomenal, helpful amd very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise compared to the bland offerings I've experienced at other hotel chains."
Staypineapple, Watertown Hotel, University District Seattle
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay. The rooms are a bit small, but beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved that they practice a green model and gave us a free reusable water bottle."
"Was actually quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had originally booked it because it was one of the cheaper rates compared to a few other nearby hotels. Ended up liking this place better than one of the nearby Hyatt properties I also stayed at on this trip. Was able to check in quite early which was a great surprise especially considering I know the hotel was fully booked the previous night. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable, but also well-decorated and had some charm to it. Nice view and large windows so was bright and airy during the day. Front desk staff was also helpful in checking my bag for a few hours upon departure. Only slight complaint was that one elevator was down which made it a bit annoying at busier times. Not much in the way of amenities, but does everything you need for a cute hotel in a great location."
