The Farmhouse cabin was warm, draft-free, superbly maintained, quiet, impeccable on a cold night. The location was perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Colorado Springs from Farmington, New Mexico. The proprietor was very accommodating.

Cheryl & Keith were both extremely friendly and a joy to meet. Although I missed in the e mail that I was supposed to check in by 7:00 on Sunday evening. She called me as I was going over Wolf Creek Pass and waited until I arrived at 7:45. Then Keith was kind enogh to visit with me for an hour giving me advice regarding four wheeling in the area.
I highly recommend the property and well be staying there again!

Very cozy cabins
The "Southwest" cabin was very, very cozy. The owner Keith stopped and talked with us for a while, answered our questions about the area and suggested a great little restaurant for our anniversary dinner. We will be returning, hopefully by the end of the month, to watch the leaves change color.

Great place to camp in style. We had a cozy little cabin with everything we needed to keep us comfortable while we explored the area. Friendly staff and layed back quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax in the evenings. Very limited on eating establishments close by. But other than that an overall great experience in South Fork. Thank you Chinook.

The cabin was cozy and cute. The bathroom could use some updating.
A group of friends and I enjoyed a cozy weekend in our cabin. It was not luxurious, but was cute, and fulfilled all of our needs. Though the cabin was old (we liked this about it) it was clean, warm, and comfortable. Be ready for interesting modifications to make a 100 year old cabin fit modern day needs, and enjoy a unique and great lodging experience!
