"Toilet didn’t work. Horrible parking experience. They instructed to park in a garage down the road which closes at midnight so good luck trying to find anywhere to park after midnight. Will definitely not be staying here next time I’m in town. Room was not very clean either"

"Heavy set woman at the front who was insanely rude to me and other customers as if she had personal issues she brought to work that morning, claimed I did not submit a deposit when I already had. Was told by the manager that she is known to have created issues previously. Concerned as to why this incompetent worker was hired to begin with. Got charged over $100 for another individual's bar bill which they were so persistent was not a mistake. Never received an apology for the insane lack of customer service."

"Staff was great and very helpful, parking the car to go check in was a pain, stressful and not a lot of room and line was going out to the street. Hotel was nice inside, didn’t realize there was no microwave in the room which was a bummer and we had to call to figure out if there were blackout curtains because we couldn’t see them or the chain to draw them"
