"I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations.
All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "

"Foi ótima nossa experiência. Gostei e voltaria.
Parecia que a localização era mais distante dos principais pontos da cidade, mas a média de Uber ficava entre 11 e 18 reais, então foi tranquilo. A limpeza dos quartos são muito boas e você até se sente em casa: tudo limpinho e clarinho. Ponto negativo é somente o banheiro que não tem ducha higiênica e o quarto que não tem um lixinho e não a como separar outros lixos com lixo de banheiro. "

"Property and location good, staff were polite and friendly, a couple of things I think could be improved on lighting in the room very poor only one small ceiling light with one switch by the door and the bed, maybe we we’re unlucky but our bed was rock hard and creaked like an old car whenever you moved."
"Péssimo. Nem ficamos. Fomos fazer nossas fotos pré wedding e queríamos apenas um lugar pra dormir. Pelas fotos aqui no Hotéis.com, parecia uma pousada simples, porém bem arrumadinha e bonitinha.
Quando chegamos, antes de entrar no quarto, tinha uma barata morta na porta, cheio de formiga em cima. O quarto em si estava com os lençóis manchados, as paredes e teto com mancha de mofo, o quarto estava com muito cheiro de mofo, o chão do banheiro estava sujo e o espelho todo descascando. Não passamos...
"Minha experiência foi razoável, mas pelo valor da diaris estava dentro do esperado.
A pousada é bem localizada e os funcionários são bem atenciosos.
Ponto negativo é o café da manhã é bem simples."
