"The location, staff, and outside was top tier! The elevator to hallway to room was lo budget. I wasn’t expecting a Hilton property to be this low. The hallway and rooms smelled like dirt and a really old building. I tried canceling and go to another hotel but it was going to be too expensive and I was going to loose a lot of money. Even the candle I used wanting working on the smell. "

"The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The breakfast menu was fresh - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, and juices and coffee. The indoor heated pool is great! Plenty of parking; and once you add in downtown OWA, it is a great place to stay."

"The food was very fresh and very good. The pool area was very clean. However, my room had a tear in the carpet and the tack strip cut my grandson‘s foot. There must’ve been a leak in the wall where the bathtub was because it got our luggage, all wet, and the carpet was soaking wet. The pillow fell off onto the floor and when we picked it up, it was unusable because it was so wet. The staff were excellent. They were very nice. they only gave us three towels and there was five people we went down there to ask for more towels. They gave us one more so we had to share towels.They did take off my parking which was $18 a day that I did not realize I was paying, for my trouble, but it didn’t fix my one year-old grandson‘s foot. "

"Everything was great, the only thing I could say that needs looking at is the balcony doors are really hard to open and make a loud noise when you slid them open. You can hear the guests on both sides of you opening their doors. And the smoking area only had four chairs and two of them were broke."
