"Hotel was nice and clean. The elevator was out and we weren't offered to switch to ground floor. I called and asked them to open pool since they were 30min behind schedule, then it took another 30min to locate the key. Staff is young. Hotel is understaffed."

"Very nice hotel. Great location to food. DOCS next door is excellent. The pool was very well Maintained. Breakfast is used up quickly. At least while we were there. Not much refill each morning. Seemed once it’s gone it’s gone. But again that was our experience. Room was very clean and the staff were one of the best attentive that we’ve had in a long time."

"We liked the location, the outdoor pool, was small, but nice. The suites are very comfortable and good sized. The pantry was nice on the first floor. Loved that we were able to get a complimentary bags of ice. We stayed 7 nights and had to ask for them to do a light touch for housekeeping. Even though there was a sign. We would book again."

"Our room was very clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good every day a lot of selections. The pool was great. We stayed in it a lot while we were there. The location is right next-door to the wharf which is a big entertainment district with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel."
