Everythink was perfect. Security at the hotel is top level. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very delicious. Everywhere is clean and cleaning every minute. Staff is friendly. Housekeeper Zaki is very helpfull and friendly. He is doing his job perfect. We are happy with everythink in this hotel.

Pickalbatros Aqua Park in sharm el sheik offers lots of things to do for kids, playgrounds, pools, slides. There are many other options fkr adults as well Dining options are very good . Breakfast lunch dinner you can have wtahever you want I did really enjoyed my stay with family aesy from England and constant rain and cold.

Amazing time

Our stay was amazing , we have enjoyed every minute here , they gave us free access to the other 2 sister hotels ( aqua blu and beach albatross ) and free access to the daily alf leila we leila activites. aqua blu is very close and it requires only few minutes to be there walking. they provided shuttle bus for the beach. aqua park have lots of fun . the reception team was very helpful , we asked for early checkout and they helped us doing it and refunding us. I've enjoyed the stay there and i'm going to repeat it and i'm advising every one to choose this hotel

Sleepless Nights

Was nice stay excepting 2 nights, were drunk neighbours from middle Asia run in corridors all night and shouting, security cannot stop them, Hotel has no penalties for such guests and they are not scared and do everything they want, so 2 nights were without sleeping 😡😡😡 Second problem was that we ordered restaurant for child birthday, we came and they have not made special table as were doing every time, child was very upset 😢 This year birthday tour to Pickalbatros Aqua park was not successful …

Her şey harika

Öncelikle otelin konumu havaalanına uzak ama şehir merkezine yakın. Kesinlikle böyle bir otelin havaalanı transferi olmalı çünkü taksi fiyatları oldukça yüksek. Otele girdiğinizde resepsiyondan tüm çalışanlara hepsi çok güleryüzlü. Özellikle seçmişler gibi. Lobi alanı havalandırma , temizlik , konfor ve hizmet olarak üst düzey. Odalar temiz ve güzel. Restaurant oda arası yürüme mesafesinde gölge yer yok , bu biraz zorlayıcı. Aqua park oldukça güzel ve birçok cankurtaran var. Otel beache yakın değil ama ücretsiz servislerle gidip gelebiliyorsunuz. Beach gayet yeterli. Yemekler çok çeşitli birden fazla imkan var fakat hepsi çok baharatlı ve fazla yağlı. Kahvaltı zayıf. Servis çok iyi. Alkoller fena değil. Otel aktiviteleri güzel. Ama gece için herhangi bir etkinlik yok. Otel için kötü hiçbir şey söyleyemem ama oradaki mısır vatandaşları için birkaç sözüm var: hepsi sizden fazla para alma derdinde. Taksiciler,esnaf. Sürekli pazarlık yapın. Buradaki vatandaş herkesi tatile geldikleri için zengin sanıyor. Dolar onlarda nasılsa türkiyede de öyle. Herkesi amerikan rus ingiliz sanıyorlar. Fazla bencilce. Böyle bir turizm bölgesinde bu sadece orayı kirletir. Sigara kesinlikle ülkeye gelmeden alın. Bir paket sigara 7-10 dolar arası. Takside taksimetre olmasına rağmen kullanmıyorlar. 1 km için 5 dolar isteyenler var.

Expedia, didn't send my reservation to the hotel. After waiting for more than 6 hours call your customer service they did nothing at all and i had to cancel and refund my fees

We arrived almost at check in time rooms were ready and check in was a breeze thanks to Mr Abdelhafiz and Mr Mostafa Hamdy at the front desk. Hotel overall was great, rooms were very clean and like recently re-innovated and staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aqua was clean and not very crowded. what i didn't like that the escalator for the aqua was not working.

Check in was easy and the lovely manager upgraded us immediately which was very nice. Most staff was overall very friendly. Food was not very good and unfortunately this is a all inclusive only so no other food options on ground. They have updated their rooms which were nice. I took my 3 year old for some fun at the smaller water park but she did not enjoy it as much as swimming in one of the hotels many pools! Overall ok experience. Since we were not utilizing the water park I asked if we could end our stay early and they were very accommodating with that.
