"Room desperately needs a deep clean—the curtains are stained , and the lampshades . The blinds were broken and difficult to open and close . The bathroom sink , under the ledge and the over flow hole is disgusting and visibly soiled . The caulking around the tub was visibly dirty . A thick layer of dust was on the mini fridge and baseboards . The breakfast was terribly over priced for fake ham and I’m sure fake cheese in the omelette. The waffles were clearly frozen and the put into a toaster and up sold . Overall disappointed in the price of the room per night relevant to the state of the room . "

"Main floor room smelled like wet dog. We found dog kibble on the floor and underneath the beds I don’t think have ever seen a vacuum. The toilet was covered in crystallized urine. I booked 2 queen beds and I had double beds. Beds were not comfortable. The hotel itself seemed nice, breakfast was good and the staff were great! Room cleanliness was terrible is the biggest downside of the stay."

"Would not stay here again. Our room was old outdated, smelt musty, mould in the bathroom. Our bed sheets were stained. We were told our room was ready but if we wanted to check in early had to pay a fee? I can see if they had to go out if their way to clean our room but they didnt. Carpets are all stained. There is a decent pool area with a hottub and water slide good for kids but we weren't even allowed to have water bottles to drink water in pool area. They have a water cooler with small disposable cup but water was gross and warm. Location was convenient numerous amenities around."
