"I stayed at this hotel with my 53-year-old mother, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
From the beginning, the staff was indifferent and unhelpful. Requests were ignored, responses were delayed, and basic hospitality was clearly not a priority. But what happened on our last night crossed from “bad service” into genuinely dangerous.
