"Excellent Staff"

"We were disappointed in the service we received while staying. We received one towel for two people, when we asked for more towels the staff made it seem like a difficult task. They asked why we needed more towels and then finally agreed to bring more, the provided one towel again and insisted we return the towel we had! We asked for more water to make our coffee provided in the room and had to call twice. They refused us fresh mugs for the coffee when we stayed two days. When showering the shower flooded the bathroom due to poor draining. We would have requested a new room however due to the response to our other requests we didn’t even bother to ask. We won’t book again."

"Amazing stay"

"Great location closed to a subway station and easy access from the highway/airport. Room is ample, bed was comfortable and cozy. Shower has good pressure and everything was very clean. I loved that they provide a “pillow menu” with 5 options for you to choose the one you like! Breakfast has great selection of food both Arabic and western. Fresh orange juice is a must, really good! We also had lunch and dinner here and menu is extensive and fairly priced. "

"The property is in a quite area with many shops around (grocery, restaurants, gas stations, local transport, electronic shops). The only issue we faced was a broken AC in the sitting area and its repair would require time which we did not have."
