The hotel met all the basic requirements and is suitable for business travelers. The location and overall setup were convenient for work-related stays. However, some improvements are needed, particularly in property maintenance. That said, the staff were courteous and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.
The door man was on the phone instead of helping with luggage

Room was big but water running out the shower in huge amount, also the shower was not in a good technical condition.
Breakfast was good, big choice and the guy there was extremely watching after all food is being filled up

- I stayed for 7 nights the info during booking was breakfast for one person they charged me for 2 persons Breakfast.
-The internet connection is not good.
-The room is not isolated I stayed in a room with city view all cars sounds were as you sleep in the street.

The room was a good size, the bed very good as were the pillows. The bathroom sub standard with the size so small I landed up scratching my back on a shelf sharp corner twice. The breakfast was so poor I did not go to the room again after day one, extremely bad, nothing looked appetising so stayed away. Food not labeled so you could not identify it.

Spacious rooms&hotel fell short to meet expections
The two rooms we got were connected and spacious, but a bit outdated. The TV wasn’t a smart one and the screen was blurry. Also, the CNN English Channel that I needed to watch had no volume working. The bathroom was too small and the shower didn’t have a glass door all the way. Water splashed everywhere when we showered because of that. The rooms were noisy and overlooked a major construction site that will take a while to finish and that starts work very early even on Saturday. Breakfast was about quantity versus quality and can definitely be improved. The lady who checked us in was very nice though.

I selected this 3 star because of location and the fact it included WiFi. The WiFi didn’t work. I had to change room to where it would be better. It still wasn’t possible to connect in the new room. I had to conduct an interview in the lobby which wasn’t ideal as it was a distracting environment. I also had to use my mobile roaming data and afraid of the bill. The bell boys were very helpful. The reception staff did not speak English (we managed with the bell boys who translated). It felt like the receptionists didn’t care. Lastly I needed to have laundry washed. I was charged about 20% more than what was quoted on the price list in my room.
We were disappointed in the service we received while staying. We received one towel for two people, when we asked for more towels the staff made it seem like a difficult task. They asked why we needed more towels and then finally agreed to bring more, the provided one towel again and insisted we return the towel we had! We asked for more water to make our coffee provided in the room and had to call twice. They refused us fresh mugs for the coffee when we stayed two days. When showering the shower flooded the bathroom due to poor draining. We would have requested a new room however due to the response to our other requests we didn’t even bother to ask. We won’t book again.
The hotel caters for mainly local people. The restaurant was not open the gym was a joke breakfast was in the main foyer area on low tables but did have a reasonable choice of food. Will not be booking again

The value not equal the price, they need to work on the break fast quality, make sure they clean the room on daily basis, and finally train the staff on respect guests time.
Property staff is useless. Breakfast area is small and not clean at all. Room service is almost dosent exist

Clean and spacious property. Courteous support staff. Poor frontdesk staff. Did not understand language and had no knowledge the property was booked through Expedia and about room upgrade or courtesy beverage, etc. We vacated room a night early as this was extremely poor service compared to the earlier VIP access hotels I have booked. Now having read the other reviews, I demand the VIP access be withdrawn for this property as well as refund my 1 night charges
Overall a very bad experience. I don’t even know where to begin. The problems we faced were minor, but the main issue was the plain rude staff and atrocious service that made everything worse.
Our booking had been messed up and we were given the wrong room, accompanied by eyerolls from check in staff and lack of any effort to even explain the situation to us or apologise.
We were given the wrong room and then told to change rooms the following day. We said we wanted to keep the room we were given as changing would be an extra hassle, only to find out the shower was flooding. We finally were able to speak with the manager after trying to speak to reception staff who were clearly not interested in assisting us and explained the room and shower situation. Manager said shower will be fixed and that all the inconvenience will be made up to us. He also said he would call us back, but never did. Shower wasn’t fixed and the room wasn’t even cleaned, no compensation or apologies. We were offered another room that had a strong cigarette smell. It was either one with a flooded shower or one that was stinking of cigarettes.
No matter what we asked or said, we were treated like we were the problem. We spent a majority of our short stay waiting at reception for issues to be resolved or someone to even speak to us.
Cannot recommend this hotel whatsoever.
