"Great location closed to a subway station and easy access from the highway/airport. Room is ample, bed was comfortable and cozy. Shower has good pressure and everything was very clean. I loved that they provide a “pillow menu” with 5 options for you to choose the one you like! Breakfast has great selection of food both Arabic and western. Fresh orange juice is a must, really good! We also had lunch and dinner here and menu is extensive and fairly priced. "

"Booked this hotel through Exepedia with a great deal. The hotel, from arrival to stay and to check out, I must thank all the staff who made my stay a great one. Special thanks to the team of the restaurant and room service, not only was the food very good, but Masud and Ashraf and their colleagues were genuinely attentive and respectful which was a real plus. And the cleanliness of the hotel and especially the room, the housekeeping agents are doing such a great job. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for the standards and values supported by the brand chain, but also for the general comfort of the place, the real feeling of safety and the people who bring heartwarming service even when shy most times.
