"This hotel was excellent from start to finish. Fantastic staff, facilities, food and ethos at the hotel. It is perfectly tucked away in a very quiet town with stunning views and spa facilities. It is a beautiful and tranquil place, and the food quality in the restaurant is excellent. It is hugely worth the money for the quality of the service, comfort and dining experience. It is perfect to located to explore the broader South Tyrol region. You will require a car if you plan to go out and explore. We will be back! "

"An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Everything was thoughtfully done and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and high quality, with lots of variety. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals in our travels through Italy (no joke, I was surprised too). The crown jewel is the rooftop deck and the panoramic views of the beau. Wish we had time to try the spa but sadly we had to move on to the next city."

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK."
