"From the welcoming at the door, to the facilities, the food, the warmth , I cannot give enough praise to ALL the staff at the hotel ! The chefs were exception and catered to my wife's dietary requests. Unfortunately I cannot remember everyones name but I whole heartly thank ALL the staff who made my Birthday stay memorable , some of the names I have are Diane,Yubraj,Hu,the gentleman who did the Gondola rides,the breakfast hostess, the doorman and welcome men and everyone working in Shangri-La from 06/01 to 08/01 = everyone is exceptional!"
