"When i reached the place at night in dubai with my children, they said they don't have any booking for me. After hours of back and forth with expedia, someone from staycae finally contacted me saying they have a booking from me but it was a last minute booking. I had booked this palce 6 months prior. They then tried to get us into the "appartment" which took two more hours. This was because their "app" they use to give digital key doesn't work. Then they said the security of the building will...
