"I would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. The room was spotless and very modern. The bed was supper comfortable and the towels were clean. I love the fact they had a mini bar along with other items you could purchase inside your room. The staffs are friendly and they did everything to make sure my stay was worthwhile especially since a lot was going on with Dubai thunderstorm and our plans got disrupted. There was an abundance of food options especially at the Feast restaurant. I love the fact that a Jamaican restaurant was on this property catering to us Caribbeans. Overall 10/10 experience. "

"Great Hotel. Like all other Hotels in Dubai serivce is exceptional, Valet for free, nice clean spacious rooms. We loved the sushi bar that was open when we arrived late at night and the breakfast was great - we did not order breakfast ahead of time and were offered to have it for a reduced and reasonable price."

"Great room with plenty of space, very clean, excellent wifi. Staff very efficient and helpful. Excellent breakfast with great staff and multiple choices. Luggage facilities excellent to leave our luggage for a few hours. The lady at the tour kiosk didn’t know anything about what we asked for. She was searching on internet for answers which I could have done myself."
