The hotel staff was truly amazing, professional, polite and always ready to help us. As 2 wheelchair users, the hotel was spacious and equipped for our needs. The catering was excellent and we enjoyed eating in the hotel restaurant on many occasions. As it was my birthday whilst on our holiday I was greeted from morning to night by the staff with birthday greetings and birthday cake, and our room with a birthday banner and towels in the shape of the Dubai tower that I had my Birthday dinner at. I was blown away with the little extra touches for my birthday, and it was so lovely of them. If we ever went back to the same place twice, it would DEFINITELY be here. 10/10 and thank you so much to all the wonderful team at the hotel.

Good location and well maintained. Very responsive and friendly staff. Su at front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, pleasant and prompt. The conceirge staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and enjoyed our stay very much. We would highly recommend this hotel for vacation stay.
