I am writing to formally report and request immediate resolution regarding duplicate charges incurred during my stay at your hotel on February 14, 2026. According to my records, I was charged twice for the same transaction in the amount of $1,316.91 on two separate credit cards: Wells Fargo Credit Card: $1,316.91 Citibank Credit Card: $1,316.91 Booking/Reservation Number: 7313630294684 Confirmation # 150576RA01460 This appears to be a billing error. I respectfully request that you review this matter urgently and process a refund for one of the duplicate charges without delay. For your reference, I have attached copies of my credit card statements showing both transactions to support this claim. Please confirm receipt of this email and advise once the refund has been processed. I would appreciate your prompt action on this matter, as this involves a significant amount. " had a wonderful four night stay at Arabian Park, Dubai. The hotel was immaculate. My room on the sixth floor was kept clean & tidy by the lovely maids team who were on hand daily. The front desk staff were very attentive, always approachable & very helpful. They really couldn’t do enough to make my stay as pleasurable & memorable as it was. Breakfast was 5*. An amazing buffet with everything you could possibly want to start your day. Lovely waiter/waitress team too. Very attentive. It’s an 11/10 score from me. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking this hotel."
