"The hotel is a great, with features like a huge pool and plenty of garden space around. Also, the service is top notch. The staff all seem to genuinely care that you have a good time and are they are very attentive. And the brekafast is superb!"

The chefs were exception and catered to my wife's dietary requests. Unfortunately I cannot remember everyones name but I whole heartly thank ALL the staff who made my Birthday stay memorable , some of the names I have are Diane,Yubraj,Hu,the gentleman who did the Gondola rides,the breakfast hostess, the doorman and welcome men and everyone working in Shangri-La from 06/01 to 08/01 = everyone is exceptional!"
