"Very welcoming, considerate and warm service. Spacious and nicely appointed rooms. Great pool area (pity that it’s not facing the sea though) and beach strip. "Beautiful hotel, ideal staycation for families, unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 conditions, a few facilities were closed or limited. Staff are very helpful and hospitable. The gym is also excellent with a good number of machines. "Staff was very friendly made us feel very welcome 4th annual trip to the same property. We had to stay at a different Ramada property for 1 night as there was no vacancy available that night. "This hotel has a wonderful setting and helpful staff. The band in the nightclub are fantastic It claims to be the oldest hotel in Ajman and it is rather dated, one lift 4 people for the whole hotel is an example.
