The area is very private and safe. Beautiful paradise setting and very clean. Only thing I didn’t like is that the front desk didn’t always have someone to help you. I had to walk around and find someone to ask a question.

I would stay here 100 times more. The pictures do not to it justice it is a beautiful property with an amazing view of the lake. Beds are comfy and food is very good. Staff was exceptional. Had to take many taxis and the hotel staff called them for us every time. And a tip if you pay your taxi driver a little bit more they will come back for you. Location was great just a few minute drive to lots of shopping and food. We had friends that biked from the hotel to shopping and they loved it. STAY HERE! You won’t be disappointed!!

The property is gorgeous. Check in was a nightmare. Check in is from 2-4pm. We arrived at 3:30 and our room was not ready. Waited 30min. The receptionist was very arrogant and had a higher than though attitude, very judgmental and pretentious. We were a group of 10 and she was interrogating everyone about how many ppl in each room even though we booked enough rooms to accommodate us all. She just had an issue with our group, borderline racist. Will never book here again.

No Walls in Room Bathroom

The staff wasn't at their post and it took 20 minutes for them to open the second security gate. The guard at the first station couldn't even reach them. When I checked in the gentleman at the front counter said it was because of faulty phones but then a call came in right in front he and I. He realized he was caught in a lie and then just handed me a keychain with things dangling from it and said your room is "T" and "There's no breakfast". One of the cleaning ladies outside my room explained that the white creidt card looking thing on they keychain was for the entry gate and the other object was for the room safe. The code-lock option doesn't work so that key/chuck can be copied. Lastly, and more importantly, the room has no complete walls and there is no privacy for your most private moment. There's also no air conditioning and only a fan above the bed. So even in the makeshift two-walled bathroom receives no air. The cleaning service also left pink stickies on a table saying "thanks for tipping". Here's a tip: that's tacky. Wouldn't stay there again. One and done!

The Best views

Always a perfect stay. I can't ask for anything eles. The employees are very nice and helpful, the swimming pools in a perfect temperature, the views to the lake or the mountains are the best of all.

Están muy bien las áreas comunes y el servicio, pero su gran problema son las habitaciones. Están limpias pero el colchón está un poco duro y lo más incómodo es que el WC no tiene puerta. No hay ningún tipo de privacidad.

The hotel has a beautiful view. Staff is very pleasant and attentive. During the week it is pretty empty, it seems to pick up during the weekend. I solo traveled for a wedding and I felt pretty safe.

Muy bien, disfrutamos mucho la estancia. Solo que el restaurante no tiene mucha variedad y cierra temprano, y te quedas sin servicio. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, para disfrutar y despejarte. Si no buscas fiesta es lo mejor!
