Hotel Real de Chapala
Staff was amazing! View was great and location is safe. The grounds were pretty. Pool was semi warm for December. Restaurant was overpriced. Room was spacious but sadly ours had a bad nail polish stain that looked like blood. We only stayed one night.

Communication was difficult and this could be improved by having a phone number to call or text instead of relying on email. It took days and almost a dozen emails to get late check out approved. ...
