Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short but I would definitely stay there again. The villas are large and clean. The pool area was my favorite part since can actually see the lake in the background.

A beautiful hotel, approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the Centro. The property is beautifully maintained with flowers and flowering shrubs. A lovely lawn area near the Lake Chapala waterfront, with swimming pool, lounge chairs, outside banos, etc. Also an excellent place to birdwatch along the lake edge. My room was super clean and spacious, with kitchenette and jetted tub. I would definitely stay here again in future.

The housekeeping staff was lovely. Location is very quiet and about a 20 minute walk to the Centre. Lakeside location was lovely with 2 nice pools. The hotel itself is quite secure with locking gates though the screen door from the patio did not seem to lock securely. We weren’t really worried about it but others might be. Our only quibble would be with our daily visits from cockroaches. Maybe more of an issue for our room as it was right off the garden (lovely outdoor seating area by the way). Staff provided us with big spray which was helpful but still unpleasant for us queasy Canadians who are not used to big bugs.

This was a good stay. It was an excellent value for high season. My room was clean and included cleaning service every day. It was quiet too. The breakfast was satisfactory. This was a little bit further west than I would’ve liked. But it was not a bad walk into town. I certainly got a lot of exercise that week. It is close to six corners, which is a neat little area to walk-through- street food, small grocery stores, etc. There are also a couple of good restaurants nearby.

There was a minor issue with the room on the 1st night. The issue was quickly resolved by the management. It's a beautiful property. The stay was great. The offered breakfast was amazIng. The staff was very professional and helpful when needed.

A little jewel in the middle of town

It was our second visit.Everything was great . The 4 condition score just basically the roof looks like it might need maintenance..Interior was great,pool was great ,and the included breakfast was exceptional. The staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend it.

Likes: friendly staff in breakfast! They took our orders and cooked wonderful Mexican breakfasts. Fresh fruits, coffee, and fresh juices available. Laundry service was wonderful. The pools were nice to swim in and had nice courtyards. Nice patio attached to room. Dislikes: shower drain plugged and always filled up while showering-yuck. Drawers would get stuck while opening. Very few electrical sockets but they worked. Two full size beds but rooms are small. The cable was very unclear- poor reception.
