Visiting family, they chose the hotel. The apartment was nice, with ground floor living room and terrace, but mezzanine main bedroom had no toilet. So you must walk downstairs in the night. Sofa bed not that comfortable. The accommodation offers a lot, !

not always good to stay at a chain hotel

unfortunately the description on hotels.com website stated this hotel was 3.9 miles from Aix TGV - it was actually 10k, which caused a lot of problems getting to the station. In the circumstances, we were expecting more consideration than that the company would look into it and come back to us in due course - clearly they had the discretion to do something. we had dinner in their restaurant and discovered that the wine carafe had mould lying within the base of the bottle. We had to argue with staff that we should not have to pay for a replacement - seems obvious to me.

Hôtel agréable avec piscine …personnel sympathique et resto boucherie dans l’hôtel juste parfait pour ne pas reprendre la voiture ! seul bémol la moquette des chambres , qui donne pas envie de marcher pied nus ! Il faut absolument que cette moquette disparaisse et se transforme en parquet !

Notre séjour a été agrémenté d'une alarme durant laquelle nous n'avons reçu aucune indication: évacuation ou pas, utilisation de l'ascenseur ou pas.... Finalement après renseignement demandé à l'accueil il nous a été signifié que ce n'était rien! Heureusement pour les résidents! Des exercices d'évacuation dans les règles de sécurités sont à envisager pour la sécurité de tous.
