Are you looking for a grand spa hotel? Well keep looking. Are you looking a hotel to go exploring from? Well you’ve found this gem. The rooms are clean, the staff is bilingual and very helpful. The morning breakfast is very good. The parking garage is a bit tight.

Good hotel close to city center, just some blocks to walk. There is a supermarket in the area. Hotel has a parking, not so expensive. The rooms are quiet, well equipped. This was a good option.

Only the price was superior..

The rooms needs upgrade and renovation. Terrible value for money. My "superior" room had a clogged shower drain, and traces on the floor outside indicated that this problem had been present for a very long time without being corrected - this indicates lack of good hotel procedures. After 3 minutes of showering, water started to flow into the room. Breakfast was OK, but I missed a "real egg" option (they only had the not so delicious "hotel powder"). Refill needs to improve, different products very missing frequently. Hygiene should improve - very "sticky" juice bottles and the different ham options were small, not so delicious parts "sticked" together.
Right outside bathroom. Clear that leaks has been present for a long time
After 3 minutes - all water flowing out of shower (see old fashioned linoleum on floor)
Not exactly "superior room" interior..

Bathroom is very slippery when showering. No safety bar or rail in bathroom to hold on. It is very easy to slip and fall after stepping down the one step in order to get out of the shower stall.

Hôtel extrêmement cher par rapport aux prestations proposées. À l'arrivée dans la chambre, une odeur nauséabonde, la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas et fuyait partout sur le sol. Un technicien est intervenu pour changer tout le système et est reparti sans nettoyer les WC ni la chasse d'eau. Nous avons été obligés de demander une femme de ménage. La douche ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Pas d'eau froide au pommeau mobile, soit on s'ébouillantait soit on s'ébouillantait. Impossible de se doucher normalement. Le lendemain, nous sommes partis a 7h00 le matin et revenus vers 15h00, notre chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée. Le personnel était très gentil à l'accueil et a tenté de tout faire pour nous aider, mais à 225 € la nuit pour 3 personnes et un petit chien, on peut s'attendre à un autre niveau de prestations. Le personnel nous a offert 3 petits déjeuners en compensation, et nous remercions Aga pour ce geste. Je précise que nous avons l''habitude de voyager, en France comme à l'étranger, aussi bien à l'hôtel que chez l'habitant. Nous savons donc de quoi nous parlons et ne sommes ni exigeants, ni râleurs. Nous demandons simplement des prestations à la hauteur du prix que nous payons.
