"The Fairmont Mara Safari Club was an unforgettable experience, enhancing our 10th wedding anniversary. Hannah Gitau and Miriam Akhonya’s communication and attention to detail, along with the staff’s care, made our stay smooth. Charles and Eddie’s orientation was excellent.
Our room had a welcome message from Jackson and team, who kept it stocked and clean. We had a stunning view of hippos from our room. Excellent food with lots of options (plus a full bar), and the staff really go out of their way to ensure the comfort of each and every guest.
