"Wow! What an oasis from the business of life! Room was wonderful and spacious; beds were great. View from balcony and all eating areas is incredible. Staff was very responsive and helpful with one exception - wanted to make a shorter night by getting some bar food (as advertised) around 6 pm, but only alternative given was the formal dining at 7 pm. Love accessibility to funicular and train network. Grounds meticulously cared for."

"What a great hotel! It felt very luxurious and was quite relaxing just off the lake but with some breathtaking views. Very walkable to the center of Evian and nearby ferry to Lausanne, which made a great day trip. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool was magnificent.
