"I was not in Berlin for the best of reasons, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and made me feel welcome. In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful. "We had booked a room with Club Access and it was great. We had breakfast and evening snacks in the Club (including wine, beer or prosecco) and it was really pleasant. There was a good choice of food for vegetarians as well as fish and meat eaters. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The only criticism really was the pool access.
