"Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The lady working the desk was so nice and accommodating. The first room we went into didn’t have sheets or blankets on the beds. The front desk lady was so nice and switched us to a new room right away. The second room we were in was the grossest room we have ever been in. Broken drawers, mold, stunk like musty cigarettes and dogs. We were going to open the windows to air it out for a bit all the screens were ripped with big holes, or there were no screens. The carpet was so gross we wouldn’t take off our shoes. We called the desk again and the nice lady moved us a second time. The third room was cleaner than the last 2. There was a Murphy bed for one of the beds, there were no extra blankets in the room for it. Just 2 top sheets. So we had to go back to the office to get a blanket for the bed. While we were staying here is was 80 degrees both days. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. By the time we checked out it was 77 in the lower part and over 80 upstairs. I would not recommend this place to stay and will never be returning. "

"Parking was easy. Easy check in. Was some confusion on check out time, and had prepaid for late check out. Got a call that woke us up that said we were to be out by 11. Was supposed to be 1pm. Need to put signage in the room on how to work shower instead of at front desk! Room was clean, and shower pressure was lovely"

"The room key kept deactivating so we had to get new keys then came back from concert and couldn’t get in room no one works past a certain time. Just very inconvenient"

"It was fine for the few hours we were there to sleep after a concert. The shade on the window did not go all the way to block out the morning sun nor did it go up to let light in. The waterpark was not open for anyone's use while we were there (we were notified ahead of time) and the restaurant was not open either."

"Place is very clean and quiet. Staff are very accommodating to your needs. Beds are very comfortable. Best place for the money anywhere in the area by far. "
