"We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy with the manager "

"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."
