"Wonderful staff. Great ameneties. Location perfect for visiting the City Center / Colonial Zone. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is very attentive and kind. The pool area was clean with many extras. The rooms are modern and comfortable. A wonderful stay."

"I booked this hotel primarily in the excellent ratings which I cannot understand based on my experience. The hotel is well located within the Colonial Zone however there were several detractors. First and foremost, the rooms don’t have any air-conditioning which is a major flaw in a city as hot as Santo Domingo. My room (104) was in the ground floor and was very dark with no sun coming through the windows. The breakfast was mediocre at best with very limited selection and the scrambled eggs were cold. The rooftop poll is small and the loungers are uncomfortable. Not a great experience in my opinion."

"The staff is excellent…it’s the only part of the hotel that deserves all the stars…the daily breakfast is also very good. But that’s the only part I can write anything positive about. The noise from nightclub next door doesn’t allow you to sleep, or the craziness from people that come on the weekends with their day pass and their own music blasting. A movie was being filmed at the hotel when we stayed so we had to deal with the crew, the equipment, the cameras, no partying, waiting to get in and out of hotel while they’re filming, wish someone had told us…needless to say, we won’t be staying there again"

"Nice place in the heart of Paseo Colonial. Downside of the rooms, unfortunately you can hear everything. Other than that, the place is excellent for solo a couple travelers. "

"You would expect better from the price you pay. The resort is very outdated. The campus is massive separate buildings. Odd layouts of the the rooms no outlets to charge your phone stains on the floor and very dirty all around"
