Over charged on check out where another guests charges where billed to my account. I would not stay here again. Much improvement required for this price point and I would really advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel to definitely book else where. The pictures paint one vision in reality it's something else. There is no shortage of other good places to stay in Ubatuba. Don't waste your money."
