"PROS - strategic place, easy access, near to the market, shopping malls, the park, restaurants, banks. Almost walking distance to a lot of places of interest. Has security guard. Accepts early check in with additional P600. Has elevator and ramp for large suitcases and wheelchairs. Prompt service from housekeeping and maintenance. Reception area is nice. Has bidet. Hair dryer can be requested. Free bottled water daily. Water kettle and cups in room with free instant coffee. CONS - dark, old building, poor soundproofing, too many curtains but no windows, curtains don’t look like they have been changed for a long time, moldy washrooms. Found a cockroach on the wall. Water pressure very low. No slippers as advertised on Expedia."

"The property was immaculately clean; towels were provided; ample beddings; a water dispenser with extra replacement water gallons; loads of tissue paper for 2 bathrooms; a microwave, induction stove; dishes; and kitchen utensils. In short, you’ll do away with some of the stuff that you usually stock up on if you choose a hotel to stay in. More importantly, the caretaker, Opalyn, was very accommodating. Also, the place was a stone’s throw away from Mine’s View Park and near Wright Park. Very peaceful place to stay in. Will be a return guest, for sure, and will recommend it to family anfd friends."

"The property was amazing but the breakfast was always cold. I booked a queen bed but when I arrived they said the room was two full sized beds. I was traveling with my girlfriend and it was embarrassing to have to tell them we were a couple and needed one bed. Me and my girlfriend our discreet about our relationship so needed to explain we as two women need a single bed was so embarrassing. After that situation I was uncomfortable the whole time at the hotel when around the staff. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. I would not book the hotel again due to the bed situation and being outed by the hotels mistake."

"The room was clean and well-appointed with complete amenities, however, the phone line was not working. We informed Housekeeping about this upon our return from touring, but the phone issue persisted throughout our three-day stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel staff were truly exceptional."
