"The hotel its owned by a family. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We had a great time. The pool area is beautiful and food is homemade. It’s close to the beach, local stores and restaurants."

"We had a great stay at Chrisanthi Villas! Everything was excellent from beginning to the end. The attention of the host was excellent, with great suggestions to eat as, the Pizza Antonio. Delicious pizza by the way! The villa was sparkling clean. And with beautiful details. The welcome pack was great in variety! The villa was big enough for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool was espetacular! The view from the garden is just breathtaking! There's also a gas BBQ, to use. Which we did! The pool is cleaned every day in the morning. The villa is equipped with all you need to stay. Theres WiFi in the villa too. Also there's car park available for all 4 villas. I could easily spend more then the 4 days we did. The villa is located 15/20 minutes from Heraklion town centre, by car. There's 3 restaurants, just around 8 minutes walking from the villa... And a beach also, but keep in mind that the beach is small, so gets packed easily. My children already asked to return to Crete, specifically to Chrisanthi Villas! 😊 Thank you for everything! "Amazing place if you want traditional housing and don't mind mountainous roads and you plan to travel into town from the village for eating out. The one taverna that serves food only opens at 2000 and isn't open every day. When they are open though they have Amazing food and the waitress was amazing as well. There's places to get groceries if you want to cook for yourself."

"Everything was exactly what you'd expect from a quality holiday resort and spa. Our only regret was staying for just one night, which simply wasn't long enough to enjoy the many activities and facilities on offer. This is the kind of place best appreciated over several days, where you can truly switch off, relax, and do absolutely nothing if that's what you need. If you're planning a visit, I'd definitely recommend making it a multi-night stay to get the most out of the experience."

"The family that owns this property is helpful, accommodating, hospitable and genuine. The room was very clean and anything you could possibly need for your stay is provided. Kitchenette with all dishes and dish soap. The beds were comfortable and tidy. The grounds were well kept and full of flowers and fruit trees. They even provided aloe from a personal plant when I got sunburned! There is a clothes washer in room. And there is private parking which is a HUGE plus. The family couldn't be nicer! We will definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark which made it harder to find the property. We would stay again but best to enjoy for at least 3 nights if we come again. Thanks for sharing your lovely space. "
