Romantic Hotels in Aghmat, Marrakech

"The room itself was nice and had a pleasant pool view, and the amenities were acceptable. However, the overall experience was disappointing mainly due to the staff. Most of the staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and had very limited English, which made communication difficult. The food was also very poor — both the breakfast and the restaurants were well below expectations. Unfortunately, the service and dining experience significantly impacted what could have otherwise been a decent stay, specially for what it’s supposed to be a 4-star hotel."

"Gym advertised on-site has no weights - even though it is identified with a "weights" symbol on the door. The gym consists of 4 machines: two stationary bikes, a stair stepper, a treadmill, and resistance bands, and a heavy bag on the floor. Front desk Staff and manager waere patronizing when I was visibly agitated about attempting to resolve a problem on my own (which would have taken 30 seconds). Serious privacy breach occurred - staff entered room while I was napping and did not provide prior warning - sent a formal complaint to ACCOR which has not yet been addressed. Breakfast is pretty good, though offerings may vary and may not have a full selection early in the morning. Probably not worth pre-paying, pay in DHM on the spot instead. "

"The staff were friendly and always ready to serve. The location was good, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to market, however I found the drop off and pickup location not to be ideal. The hotel also offers a free pickup from the airport but doesn’t provide a free drop off to the airport, thought this is odd! Overall this hotel provided me with a good experience! "

"Good family hotel : spent 6 days there with my family (8 & 11 YO kids) and we had fun. Food was great and the shuttle to Marrakesh a great bonus. I would recommend it for sure . "

"Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful. "
