"Disgusting dirty and old"

"The room was very nice, clean, and excellent location. Breakfast was also great. The only negative was incompetent staff and the checkin which seemed to be an ongoing chatoic affair that takes EXTREMELY long for everyone who checks in "

"Facilities were adequate . Rooms small with no tea/coffee equipment. Noisy rooms either from traffic or hotel guests . Breakfast choice was limited. Worst of all there is NO SPA and there has not been one for a long while !! Not a four star standard hotel !! "

"We throughly enjoyed our stay and communication with the host. Kitchen had enough equipment to get by. Would have like liked a kettle @ large mugs only. The apartment is great for families and convenience for getting around. "

"Room was lovely and clean only one small thing no towels in room had to request some at reception which arrived straight away. Buffet dinner was not very good, most food was cold and hardly any choice we did complain about it but because I signed they were not going to not charge me, but after a lot of negotiation they gave us 50% discount Most of all it's a lovely hotel "

"I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, which made it uncomfortably hot throughout my visit. I reported the issue multiple times to the staff, but unfortunately nothing was done and I didn’t feel supported at all. On top of that, the food quality didn’t meet my expectations either. Overall, the experience fell short, and I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves both their service and facilities."

"We stayed in this hotel last year and it was excellent. That is why we went again this year. It soon became apparent that the breakfast service did not meet that of last year. Several times having to ask more than once for coffee tea etc, and we were not the only ones to notice this. Perhaps a shortage of staff or inexperienced staff? Still an excellent location, with many staff outstanding. The beachside cafe across the road was very nice, but totally spoiled by loud music throughout. However still hope to come again next year. "
