"We had booked 5 nights here Monday and Tuesday were fine. We left for Philadelphia for a day and came back on Thursday for our final three days. These stays were booked and confirmed weeks in advance. When we came back on Thursday we were told someone was in our room because they did not want to leave. Instead of kicking them out they told us we would have to downsize to a smaller room and move if our room became available the next day. Neither of these options would work for as we needed the suite that we had booked and were not going to be around to move since we had plans the following day. This was a major inconvenience when asked why they didn’t ask the people in our room to move they said they won’t ask a paying customer to leave even though they had no reservation. This was totally unacceptable as I had the room reserved and am also a paying customer. Very poor customer service!"

"The place is perfect if you are on a budget and or in need to rest. With no amenities it will be hard to stay there if you have small kids because not even a coffee maker is available to heat up some water let alone a microwave. When I checked in the lady was very professional and enthusiastic however for my checked out the gentleman was fully sleeping and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Considering the location with a busy highway the place was very quiet."

"The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. My room was on the 3rd floor and there was a giant tree that fully blocked our view of the lake. When I asked if anything could be done, I was told no, because of the concert and because of that they were overbooked- which is no fault of mine. The party goers were extremely intoxicated. Women were walking around with their bare behind out. And despite the police being there, nothing was done. There was screaming, yelling and a lot of belligerent and intoxicated behavior so loud that we could hear it in our room clearly up until 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. The whole experience was disturbing and needs to be addressed because what I paid for I definitely did not get"

"The staff were never at the front desk and you had to dial "0" for someone to answer the front desk phone and then they would eventually show up but did not appear overly excited to have to do so. We asked if we could change the channel on the TV in the lobby and were told no. Asked if we could all gather at the outdoor table/chair area in the back by the pool on an amazing sunny day (as the door was locked) and were told no. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled so badly of pot the entire time, it was disgusting. Breakfast was minimal, with zero fresh fruit. After waiting for the eggs to be replaced on the buffet, they came out and were ice cold. We do not recommend this facility and will not return. "
