The actual bed was so low to the floor (there was no box spring) and the pillows were subpar, there were no additional pillows available in the room, which is normally standard in most hotels we've stayed in the past. The staff was very polite and helpful, although we did not complain about the bedding to anyone."

"The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff were very nice. The lobby/bar areas are beautifully decorated. We had a deluxe king room w/ a partial lake view. The room was surprisingly on the small side. I was looking for something larger considering this is a 4 star recently remodeled hotel. The bathroom was very small. The rain shower head was a plus. Disappointing that the mirror did not have magnifier or Led Lights. The worst part of our stay is the bed/mattress was HARD. It was the worst night sleep that we ever had. My husband woke up several times in the night and finally at 7am he said let's go home so he could sleep. So disappointing for an overnight stay and the good night sleep was not had. "
