"From the time we check in, to the time we check out, the Merriweather Lakehouse was nothing short of amazing. Izabella greeted us with a warm smile and was helpful in every aspect of our check in. When I mentioned I was there because I was getting married the next day, she extended warm wishes and presented me with a nice welcoming gift!
I had several family members who flew in on the day of my wedding. The director of guest services and Jermaine offered my family an are in the hotel where they could change and freshen up! That's top tier customer service and it was greatly appreciated. Jermaine was very pleasant and continuously asked me if there was anything else he could do to help us out during the check out process. He definitely was there to help make things go smooth for me that day!
If you are ever in the Columbia area and need a hotel who is going to care about the customer, do yourself a favor and stay here!!!"
