"Very convenient location access to local bars to great burgers across the street , and walking distance to a nice plaza to shop or eat specially the Chinese buffer"

"While it was nice to have a full kitchen and a clean and comfortable bed, the cabinets and/or the carpet had a strong smell that is in my clothes after getting back home (musty, woody?? I don’t know). The bathroom really needed updating, the shower and tub faucet leaked, there were some areas lacking grout or caulk that had turned black. It was ok considering the price. "

"Barely any parking availability ac was ok but it was either hot or too cold no middle ground. Room was dirty as hell the baseboards had dirt and oubes everywhere there was blood on bathroom walls the damn shower curtains are so close to the wall you have no room in shower without the ahower curtains sticking to you and dont move the bed or end stands becaus me as dirty as they were behind them looks like they never have clenaed behind them"

"I had to change my room 3x’s 1st room was right next to ice machine and the ac was in and out. Terrible nights sleep- Second room had stains (brown stains ) all over the sofa and had an Oder. 3rd room the bed had a sage in the middle. Stayed there one night and wanted to leave . The hotel would not approve a refund so I was either there another night or lose $200. So disappointed. Staff is friendly and try to accommodate - when not on cell phones or overloaded with paperwork at the front desk scattered every wear. Oh and the beep beep beep of the people working on a lift for something on the roof wasn’t pleasant and the homeless people that park their bikes along side the trees towards the end of the parking lot and come in to get a free breakfast - you may want to be aware of that. I watched it happen 2 days . So uncomfortable knowing that random people can come in and enjoy the amenities that I’m paying $600 for 3 days for is a lot off putting I won’t be returning or referring anyone to this hotel "

"Plenty of parking out front, the rooms were really clean and the staff was really great. My only complaint was that the room smelled like smoke and when I left my clothes smelled like it. It did not smell very well at all."

"Arrived to check-in and there was only one host at reception. She seemed very uncertain while helping the guests in front of me in line. It took her an hour to help them. Then when she started helping me it took 30 minutes. I am disabled and requested a accessable room. I was put in a room on the 2nd floor at the complete end of four hallways, next to the stairwell and as far away as possible from the elevator. The room was also not accessible as it had no grab bars and a highwalled bathtub. The room was also filthy. The bed was made and towels were put out but everything else was disgusting. The carpet was not vaccumed and had random sticky spots. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub. The headboard had tons of gross substances stuck to it that could have easily been wiped away. The mini fridge had tons of crumb sticky spots and a plastic wrapper inside. The room smelled like cigar smoke and vomit. And every single surface was sticky. The nightstands were the worst they each had multiple sticky rings from spilled drinks and when i tried to move the lamp over to get a picture, it was so sticky that is sounded like ripping off a piece of ductape. I requested a new room. I was given the room directly accrossed from my previous one. This one was also not accessible and MARGINALLY cleaner. I slept on top of the sheets. Genuinely one of the dirtiest places I've stayed in. "
